Privacy note

When you send an order request we keep your name, email, phone, delivery address and the items you chose. When you send a custom request we keep your name, email, phone, the description of your idea and the details you add (size, colours, budget, date), and any photos or sketches you attach. We use them only to contact you about your order or request, to quote and make it, and to deliver it. Only the shop owner can see them; photos are stored privately and never published. We keep them until the order or request is closed and for as long as the law requires for invoices. To see or delete your data, email the shop. We also count, per hour, how many times each piece is looked at and which search words are typed. Nothing about who looked is stored. We also count visits to the site (which pages, which site sent you, phone or computer, country) with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you.
